Today is a day of two beginnings, but no story is complete without an ending. This morning I witnessed my first northside sunrise while house sitting the lovely Mango Mania. I was promised tropical birds at sunrise, and was not disappointed. I had yet to see ANY in the year and a half I lived here. I do need to get better at photographing them. A man could get used to this every day.
Today also marks the day of the launch of this website. It was designed mostly to commemorate the coming adventure, as well as keep y'all updated on how it's going, and what I'm seeing. This 12,000 mile motorcycle trip is going to be the most exciting and daunting feat I have yet planned for myself. I can't wait.
The ending of this story is my going away beach bonfire tonight. For some it is the last time I see them during the current stint in St. Thomas. To them I say, "Clear skies and later days!"
